Our performance of duty will be, and by utilizing any legal means necessary, to effectively provide justice, enact legislations, seek fairness, and provide direct representation to each individual or group request. We will serve to create policy where no policy exists. We shall strive to adequately serve to the benefit, protection, and promotion of basic human rights. Our intention is to restore the dignity and lost hope of the Appalachian people, due to historic abuse and neglect of their basic legal, moral, educational, financial, environmental and human rights. We will serve to provide leadership and direction in all matters which cause a negative effect or direct threat to the cultural, moral, legal, financial, environmental or physical wellbeing of Appalachian residents. Our efforts will include, but are not limited to, cultural, educational, environmental, governmental, legal, financial, economic, funding, health, employment, business, and community services. We will accomplish our mission through the establishment of programs, communications sources, research, solicitation of funds, representation to government entities, and any other method necessary to accomplish full satisfaction of our goal. We will secure funding for those programs via solicitation (or operation of) private sector, government, foundation, business enterprise and any other endeavor we deem necessary to acquire said funds to further our cause and satisfy, in full, the need. We shall seek restitution for those who have been victims of injustice perpetrated by others. We shall make a concerted effort to inform all citizens of our programs, progress and service offering. We will work hand in hand with government, social, media and private sector entities in an effort to promote good will and increase awareness as to the need.

We will expose and shed light onto any government or private entity acting in disagreement with our principles or those laws, which govern the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States of America.

Our objective is to provide a safe, healthy, prosperous environment for all those who are currently or will reside within Appalachia. We will serve and treat others with dignity, respect, and consideration, as we ourselves would expect to be treated. We will serve the individual directly, by honorable and ethical means. We will not rest until we have served our fellow Appalachians, their preceding descendants, and their preceding descendants to the betterment of their lives.
